1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
During peak periods (e.g., sales, product launches, holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom or embroidered items may require additional production time (see Section 6).
2. UK Shipping
We offer the following UK delivery options:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

We ship across Europe and selected international destinations.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Risk
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
5. Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if delivery is unreasonably delayed, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund.

6. Custom & Embroidered Orders
Customised or embroidered scrubs require additional production time of approximately 5–10 business days before dispatch.
These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.
Once production has started, customised items cannot be cancelled unless faulty.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photographs of the packaging and item
If your parcel appears lost:

Please allow 5 additional working days after the expected delivery date

Contact us so we can investigate with the courier
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
