1. Your Legal Rights

Under UK law, your purchase is protected by:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015 – Goods must be:

    • Of satisfactory quality

    • Fit for purpose

    • As described

  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 – For online purchases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason.

This policy explains how those rights apply when purchasing from Dose Scrubs.

2. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

If you purchase from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel:

  • You must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days of delivery.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must remain attached.

  • Items must not show signs of use.

Refund:

  • We will refund the cost of the item.

  • We will also refund the standard delivery cost (if paid).

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Within 30 Days of Delivery

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to reject it and receive a full refund.

We will:

  • Cover return shipping costs

  • Issue a full refund including original delivery charges

After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months)

If a fault develops within the first 6 months:

  • You are entitled to a repair or replacement.

  • If a repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund (which may be partial depending on use).

After 6 months, you may be required to prove the fault was present at delivery.

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs

4. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

Exchanges are not a legal requirement but are offered as a goodwill service.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under UK regulations:

  • Customised or embroidered scrubs

  • Personalised items

  • Items made to your specifications

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

Clearance or “Final Sale” items may still be returned under your statutory rights if faulty.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times:

  • Within 14 days of receiving returned goods (for cancellations)

  • Within 14 days of agreeing a refund (for faulty goods)

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

7. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please use our online Returns Portal.

  1. Visit our Returns Portal

  2. Enter your order number and email address used at checkout.

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.

  4. Choose the reason for return.

  5. Follow the instructions provided.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. In some cases, a return shipping label may be generated automatically.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service if a label is not provided.

  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law once the returned goods are received and inspected.

8. International Orders (Including EU)

For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage and any customs declarations.

  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Your statutory rights apply if you are a UK consumer. EU consumer rights may vary depending on your country of residence.
